Living Christmas trees have gained popularity in recent years because people are “going green” and are aware of their many benefits.
Living Christmas trees are less of a fire hazard than cut trees, and are usually the same price (or just a bit more expensive). When planted in your yard, they increase your home's value and provide a safe heaven for wildlife, as opposed to being chipped into mulch or going into a landfill, like many cut trees.
Although we don't recommend keeping a living tree indoors longer than seven to ten days, the advantages to purchasing a living tree outweigh those of a cut Christmas tree.
